  • What Was The Experience, In One Clear Sentence? – A trip, a loss, a success, a meeting, a book, a crisis, a quiet moment—name this one experience simply.
  • When And Where Did It Happen? – Time, place, and what your life looked like around that moment, so listeners can picture this exact event.
  • Planned Or Unexpected In This Story? – Something you chose (course, move, challenge) or something that happened to you (accident, illness, surprise).
  • Why Does This Memory Still Stand Out Now? – It shook your beliefs, changed your priorities, or showed you something you couldn’t “un‑see.”
  • What Did You Think Or Believe Before This Experience? – Ideas about success, family, money, time, health, other people, yourself—related to this topic.
  • Beliefs Or Assumptions You Had In That Period – “People are always…”, “I could never…”, “This is the only way to…”—what felt obviously true before it happened.
