This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and non attendance are handled for services provided by World Talk English. By purchasing or participating in our services, you agree to this policy.
1. General Policy
World Talk English provides online English language training, including group classes and one on one sessions. Because places in classes are limited and instructors are scheduled in advance, refunds are not automatically provided for missed or unattended sessions. All payments are processed through our payment provider, Stripe.com. Any refunds that are approved are issued in accordance with Stripe’s policies and processing rules.
2. Group Training Non Attendance
If you pay for a group training session and do not attend the scheduled class, World Talk English is not obliged to provide a refund. At our sole discretion, we may offer you the opportunity to attend another scheduled date of the same or a similar class, subject to availability. This is a courtesy and not an entitlement.
3. One on One Training Non Attendance
If you pay for a one on one training session and do not attend the scheduled session, World Talk English is not obliged to provide a refund. At our sole discretion, we may offer to reschedule the session for another date and time. This is offered as a courtesy and does not create an ongoing right to rescheduling or refunds.
4. Late Notice Cancellations
If you notify World Talk English up to one hour before a scheduled class or session that you will not attend, whether group or one on one, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule you. Late notice cancellations do not entitle you to a refund, regardless of whether rescheduling is offered.
5. Change of Mind
Refunds are not provided for change of mind after purchase. Exceptions may be considered only in extenuating circumstances and at the sole discretion of World Talk English. Supporting information may be requested before any exception is approved.
6. Purchase + Refund Processing
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that missed sessions are not refundable and that rescheduling is offered at our discretion. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method through Stripe.com. Processing times and the return of funds are subject to Stripe’s policies and your financial institution.
7. Instructor or Service Cancellations
If World Talk English cancels a class or session due to instructor unavailability, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a rescheduled session or an appropriate credit. Refunds may be considered where rescheduling is not reasonably possible.
