1. About World Talk English

World Talk English is an English as a Second Language education provider offering online group training, lessons, and related educational services delivered via Zoom and other online platforms. World Talk English is operated from New Mexico, United States.

Teaching, administrative, and technical support services may be provided by staff or contractors located in multiple countries, including but not limited to the United States and Poland.


2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals who are legally able to enter into binding contracts. Where services are offered to minors, participation must comply with applicable laws, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and must be approved and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

 

3. Services

World Talk English provides online English language instruction, including group training sessions, workshops, and related educational content.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, session, instructor, schedule, or platform at any time, with or without notice, where reasonably necessary. Participation in online sessions requires a stable internet connection and compatible equipment. World Talk English is not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues outside our control.

 

4. Payments and Billing

Payments for World Talk English services are processed through Stripe.com. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by Stripe’s applicable terms and conditions and privacy policies.All fees are listed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are governed by our separate Refund Policy.


5. User Conduct

You agree to use our website and services in a respectful and lawful manner. You must not:

  • Disrupt classes or online sessions
  • Harass, abuse, or intimidate instructors or other students
  • Share, record, or distribute session content without permission
  • Attempt to access systems or data without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services for violations of these Terms.


6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by World Talk English, including lesson materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and recordings, is the intellectual property of World Talk English or its licensors. Content is provided for personal educational use only and may not be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Privacy and data protection are governed by our separate Privacy Policy.

While we strive to provide high-quality instruction, results depend on individual participation, effort, and circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, World Talk English shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim.
